Guided Meditation Circle

Do you get caught up in the busyness leading up to Christmas? Things often get extra hectic at this time of the year. And we have less than two months now before Christmas Day. The children especially get very excited about now as they dream about what they want Santa to bring them. And they may be busy putting together a list for Santa. The true meaning of Christmas is love and gratitude for the environment and for the special people in our lives. But too often we get stressed out with stretching finances and how to pay for all those gifts and how to organise our time to run those extra errands.

Do you feel you could allocate 20 minutes each week, for the next seven weeks leading up to Christmas to pause and take a break, to slow down, and to breathe? Then, join us for our FREE seven week guided meditation circle. Our meditation circle takes place virtually, on the Zoom platform – which means that you can join us from anywhere in the world. We start on Friday the 6th of November 2020 (or Saturday 7th November if you’re logging in from NZ), on the following days/times:-

Worldwide Timezones

  • UK – 9.10PM Fridays GMT
  • NZ – 10.10AM Saturdays NZDT
  • USA – 5.10PM Fridays EDT

We begin the session with some relaxing breathing, and a guided meditation, followed by some Q&A. It is just 20 minutes so the time will fly! To join in, send an email to to get your zoom invitation. We look forward to you joining us. Alice
