This evening we took a stroll down Scario and I admired the exquisite pieces in their jewellery stores. Many of the pieces were hand crafted by local artists.

Ravioli with Ricotta cheese. Today’s lunch will be a ricotta cheese ravioli with the pasta made from scratch. Home made Pasta: The pasta mixture was created with flour, eggs, water and a pinch of salt. Once mixed you put enough to make a handful then grab some flour to ensure the mixture will not stick
