Positive Affirmations
Welcome and thank you for joining me for another day of our meditation challenge. If you joined me yesterday and the day before, you will by now have spent some time listening to the positive affirmations by Louise Hay and Leslie Riopel, see the links below;-
1) Affirmations for healing https://insig.ht/tvJLgG3uBfb
2) Letting go and living in the flow https://insig.ht/JEdDRRavBfb
3) Louise Hay https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Llvo3Yr…
For today’s task please continue listening to positive affirmations. And take the time out to create your own positive affirmations that are meaningful to you. If you like, you may search on Insight Timer to find some more positive affirmations. Here is a link to get you started on Insight Timer. https://insighttimer.com/aliceletts/g…
Today I just wanted to check in with you and see how you’re going? And how you’ve got on with listening to those guided positive affirmations from Louise Hay and Leslie Riopel?
It would be great if you could share some of your own favourite positive affirmations that you like to listen to, and maybe some poems or quotes that you find inspiring.
Please take the opportunity today to continue with your own positive affirmations. So get some pen and paper and write out your own positive affirmations.
Lately, during lockdown and even outside of the lockdown, times can be difficult for a lot of us and if you are feeling that you’re struggling and not coping and you need help then please don’t hesitate to ask for help. And call your local emergency services if it. Otherwise, call your doctors, find your local counsellors or psychologists that you can talk to. So don’t go it alone, do get help.
While we cherish how precious life is, others wanted to take their own lives. If you can relate to this, then please know, the darkest of times, out come lightening of HOPE. Where there is life, there is HOPE. Focus on those who you love and of you. A parents, a girlfriend, boyfriend, friends, a wife, a husband, a son, a daughter. Your grandparents, grandchildren and what it would do to them. More over what it would do to you.
If you are struggling please seek help from your local emergency services.
