Meditation
Today I did a meditation in which I read directions from a script. So it was a little different to what I usually do. It was a guided meditation for My 5-Minute Morning Meditation for Self-love & Empowerment. The link to the article is https://www.elephantjournal.com/?p=2507494

Learning
Today I completed Day 5 of the 21 day meditation challenge that I started earlier this week with Sura Flow. Today’s mediation was a quick 5 minute video on relaxation.
In addition I watched a video from Marisa Peers on setting goals. She discussed getting peer groups for accountability and creating vision mood boards. When you commit to a group to doing something the chances of you achieving your goal goes up 80 percent. The YouTube link is https://youtu.be/KhKpFapz2co
Exercise
For my exercise today I took a shorter walk in the early evening.
