Day 10 of my 21 day challenge

Today is day 10 of my 21 day challenge.  I was up at 5.30am to do my meditation.  It turned out to be too much for me however as I soon went back to bed again.  But at this stage, the more sleep I can get the better.

The meditation I chose to do today was by abide, who are often based of scripture.  This one was to release anxiety.  The youtube link is
