Another resource that you would want to consult about work place bullying is that of the Andrea Adams Trust website.  The Andrea Adams Trust has produced a range of easy to follow fact sheets as well as books on the subject.
The CIPD website for personnel professionals have also produced a good document on bullying in the workplace.
